As Senior Sales Director at Corcoran Sunshine, the new development division of The Corcoran Group, she achieved over $1.3 billion in sales, marketing and selling some of New York City's most sought-after luxury new developments.

After years of success in the fast-paced NYC market, Melanie fell in love with Westchester County and the Rivertowns. She and her family made the exciting transition from Brooklyn to Irvington, NY, an experience that was challenging and rewarding. Having navigated this journey firsthand, Melanie is passionate about helping others make the move from the city to suburban life.

Since moving to Westchester, Melanie teamed up with Cindy Kief, joining her award-winning team to help others find their new homes in the area.
