Joel and his family have lived in the Rivertowns for close to 30 years. As a Brooklyn and NYC transplant, Joel understands the adjustment city dwellers make to enjoy life in the suburbs. Like many, they came to raise their twin girls in an environment more conducive to family life while remaining close to the city’s culture and energy. After a successful career in New York City’s garment industry, managing production in a highly competitive market, Joel brings that same drive to his real estate career. “Affable, hard-working, and diligent” are often words used to describe Joel’s likable and easy-going personality.
